Jaron Pearlman - Engineer/Artist/Studio Musician/Teacher
Born in Asheville NC, Jaron's father Jonathan Pearlman (of Alien Music Club, www.myspace.com/alienmusicclub)
was always a constant source of inspiration for Jaron to learn to play music. His mother played guitar and sang as well, so naturally Jaron began picking up instruments at a very early age. This included formal piano and oboe instruction. Eventually Jaron settled on the trap drum set at the age of eleven.
In an effort to continue to broaden his horizons, he also began to learn guitar and bass guitar on the side.
Years later after many experiments with an 8-track digital Fostex recorder, and a long internship at Echo Mountain Studios in North Carolina, he was accepted into the Art Institute of Atlanta in the Audio Production program. In 2011 he graduated with a BA in Audio Production.
After the creation of two albums under a separate pseudonym, he created a CD called 'Wisdom In your Hands', under the name 'No One Faction'. The idea was to have a musicians collective effort involved in the creation of an album under his direction. 'No One Faction' also released an EP in 2010 called 'Made To Dream' and there are plans for a future release sometime in 2012.
Jaron has worked at Camp Jam Atlanta as an instructor as well as at the Paul Green School Of Music, and offers private music lessons in northern Atlanta. Professional playing/work experience outside of session work include artists and industry personnel such as The Shadowboxers, Montford Park, Erica Ambrose, Manic Silence, Future Self, Boukou Groove, The Great Unknowns, Wesley Cook, Mark 'Exit' Goodchild, Dan Hannon, RCAM, Fifteenth Floor Productions, and the Oglethorpe University Theater Department.
